In near future in Macedonia the air pollution is dangerously high, and the big factories are the main reason for it, but also they are the only source for economical stability for the population. Kids are born with deformity and die young, and a young married couple are struggling to deal with the knowledge that their 8 years old daughter will die in the next few days.
